What makes a good language teacher?
What does it mean to be an excellent teacher in general? Is it a human who really likes his or her pupils, tries to find happiness in communication. Who believes that every small creature can develop into decent men.Every perfect teacher should have some professional qualities and splendid traits.
Speaking about qualities the majority of them depends on pedagogical experience. Here the question arises 'how to find the best individual approach'. It can be solved  step by step:
- how to provide success in teaching;
-how to impart knowledge simply.
But there is one vital question that runs through all pedagogical practice: how to work with the whole class and with every student simultaneously. Its solution lies in elaboration of individual approach.
First of all, there is no pupil who is the same as another one. Everyone has his or her own motivation, etc.. These abilities can undergo changes, can be corrected ultimately. So it means that we can not take into account all individual abilities during group working.
Secondly, children are not only an object of pedagogical influence but also they the subjects of own activity. That's why we mean first and foremost self-development. By giving 'green street' to this process a teacher should create special circumstances that would stimulate pupil's activity in the sphere of self-education, self-expression.
To gain these aims, every tutor ought to divide studying material taking into consideration and organization of various out-of-class activities.
But being a professional up-bringers  are required certain personal traits. Every tutor has to be humane and has an ability to make pupils sympathize with him. The creation of climate of trust and support is borne  by teachers. The appearance should be garish and one wears quiet strict neat costumes. The manner is to be amiable and prepossessing. The voice is to be well carried. Factiousness is appropriate as it's the most powerful weapon in tutor's armoury. 
In conclusion must be underlined once more. To be a good language teacher means to maintain key rules:
-to find individual approach
-to create different activities
-to organize amiable climate
-to be pleasant personality.

How to find the best way to start working.

‘How to start’ have been always crucial words for everyone, I consider. It seems to be enormous problem as not everyone could thoroughly organize all thoughts, overcome his or her laziness and stimulate the existence of self discipline.
And I want to advise you some points based on my personal experience.
The first steps is having a rest. It is the key point as there would be no productivity without it. Our consciousness is eager to have some pause as any biological mechanism. The better way of having a rest to abstract from reality by means of closing the door and the eyes.
The next step is self-motivation.I tell me over and over a valuable word ‘necessary. It is presented as a starting-point of take-off and landing strip. That means I am to be sure in my ability to arrange all intentions in a kind of plan of actions.
Actually, the atmosphere should be very peaceful and quiet as nothing can disturb me.
The last step is severe self-criticism. I reconsider all pluses and minuses of my work and I put a tip in front of it. Actually the best praise for me is this boldface tip. As it is an evidence of self brining up. I suppose it is a great achievement for everyone.
In conclusion it should be underlined that it is not hard to start working but to get to its finish. And summing it up, in my opinion there are several steps to start working. First is to have a rest, second is self motivation, and the last but not least is self-criticism.
